Parking Information

There is a mix of metered and 2 hour free street parking on West 8th, Laurel St, Willow St, and 7th Avenue.

Laurel Medical Centre parking lot parking fees are

  • $5.00 for 60 minutes

  • $7.50 for 90 minutes

    You can purchase a ticket at the physical machines or use the QR codes posted for parking apps.

There are three entrances to the building:

  1. Front Entrance
    Located on West 8th Avenue (south side of the building).

  2. Back Entrance
    At the rear of the building, facing the back lane. This entrance offers easier access for those with mobility challenges and includes bike racks. There is also an open paid parking lot behind the building.

  3. Parking Garage Entrance
    Located as part of the Laurel Centre Building, east of the Front Entrance.

Elevators
The building has an elevator accessible from the front parking lot, as well as from the Front and Back Entrances.

45 minutes: $105.00 + GST

60 minutes: $133.33 + GST

75 minutes: $166.50 + GST

90 minutes: $199.80 + GST

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in a full charge for the missed appointment.
